Not that Nancy needs any additional rave reviews because she is so clearly known to be fabulous, but I can’t help but join her fanbase!

HOW TO BUDGET?

What should I expect?

Pricing is one of the hardest questions to answer.  It's dependent on many factors including types of flowers, quantity of flowers, color and seasonality.

Beyond the flowers, what we do is hand crafted.  It's bespoke -  so it takes many expert artisans, seasoned pros, and dedicated installers to create a memorable, instantly recognizable event.

Lastly, we pride ourselves on limiting the amount of events we do per year, We believe that less is more! Given that our approach is our Clients are our Priority; we feel that limiting the amount of projects create better results.

We hope that attention to service makes your investment worthwhile.

Do you have wedding floral and event design minimums?

For all 2024 galas and weddings; our custom floral designs will begin at $12,500. Any taxes, delivery, clean up, production fees are not included in the floral minimum. For micro weddings(less than 30 guests), we have a $3000 minimum.

Those who wish to work with us on event design can do so as an optional add on.  Event design fee is based on the project size and scope.

You can hire us for floral design or floral and event design. We look forward to working with you!

What do I do if I’m having a very small wedding and have a smaller budget?

Since the Pandemic, we are aware that many clients may consider downsizing their wedding. For those who are having weddings that are less than 30 guests, we will waive our minimum of $12,500 to $3000. Just simply check with us on availability and we would be thrilled to help you plan your event flowers.

Are there any additional charges that I can expect in a floral proposal?

Other charges that are not floral related in a floral proposal could include setup, delivery, administration/production fees, design charges. And of course there is also taxes!

Other things that are always looked over are wait times and strike either that evening or the day after.

Those are additional fees that will be added to a proposal.

What should my floral budget be for 100 guests?

Based on information from the past several years, our floral design clients budget approximately $150 per guest for flowers before taxes and other costs.

Another way to look at things is to budget 10 - 20% of your total wedding budget on flowers for those who value florals and decor.

Do you take credit cards?

For weddings, we happily accent a check or a wire transfer for domestic and international clients.  We are committed to keeping expenses down for our clients so we do not take credit cards.

For small non wedding orders, we will take a PayPal payment with a nominal 3.3% fee *. * subject to PayPal fee changes.

What is the tax rate?

In San Francisco, the local tax is 8.625%.*

*local taxation is subject to changes

What is a production fee for?

Often with flowers there are expenses for things that are not necessarily floral retailed.  The time to procured special vases and items, meetings, proposal writing are all fees not related to the cost of flowers so our proposals include this nominal fee.

What is the process for corporate or non wedding events?

The process for corporate and non wedding events is very similar. We start with a proposal based on your needs and ideas.  Unlike our customized wedding proposals, we have a $3000 floral minimum on any corporate and non wedding/gala events.

Any taxes, delivery, clean up, production fees are not included in the floral minimum.
